My name is Jennifer and I’m 25 years old.  I’ve struggled with my weight in the past, and I’m happy to say that I’m on the other side of that problem today.

Through a variety of aerobic classes and workout tapes, years of club swimming and gym workouts, hours of walking, running and lifting weights, etc., I have gained fitness knowledge than I can share with all of you.

The tips I’ve learned through actual exercise and actual experience can help you on your journey to a greater fitness level, to a healthier heart, and to a slimmer body.  Exercise is the healthy solution to a fitter you.

No pain, no gain is my moto!

~My favorite gym exercises~

Eliptical – variety of workouts especially the interval training!
Stair Climber – this machine will totally revamp the entire lower body!
Lifting Weights – machine and free weights like the challenging bench press!
Aerobic Classes – Zumba because I love to dance!
Abs – Between the machines, ball, and floor, abs are my favorite workout!

~My favorite at home exercises~

Gilad on FITTV – he wips me into shape faster than anyone!
Namaste Yoga on FITTV – great for my flexibility, balance, and mind!
Shimmy on FITTV – belly dancing is fun and it’s great for my abs and back!
Denise Austin Tapes – her upbeat attitude is very encouraging!
Leslie Sansone Tapes – her walking videos are great and they work!

~My favorite outdoor exercises~

Walking – speed walking is fun and good for my cardio and heart!
Running – I love the challenge and the way it makes me feel when I’m done!
Swimming – It works my entire body and is always a blast!
Hiking – Up hill and down hill and flat is such a great workout and fun!
Recreational – Tennis, canoeing, basketball are great body workouts!

My personal workout…
It changes all the time because I love mixing things up!!

Monday/Wednesday/Friday
These are my gym days!  I do 20-30 minutes of cardio. I continue on with lifting weights.  I end my workout with abs! 

Tuesday/Thursday
These days I do something at home or outside depending on the weather!  I usually do a challenging FITTV program or a tape.  I’m doing cardio, sculpting, abs, dancing, yoga, etc.

Saturday/Sunday
I’m just having fun!  I may do a workout tape or some yoga.  I may go for a walk or just get outside and move around.  My body needs some rest!

I love working out with music! 
It gets me moving and moving fast!

and so much more…..

My inpiration….My boyfriend, Dayne, is the love of my life and my workout partner at the gym.  He loves to be healthy and fit.  I’m so lucky to have found someone who loves my passion for fitness and health.
