<p>Now try it!  Do a warm-up walk for 2-3 minutes.  Turn the accelerator on and power walk for 15-20 minutes.  Coo down for 2-3 minutes.  Pump!  Burn!  Move!  Sweat!  Challenge your body by power walking for 30 minutes!  Lose the weight fast with a quick power walk!</p>

<p>Now try it!  Lets gets started&#8230;rope or no rope!  Warm up 2-3 minutes with small jumps.  Pick up speed and try completing 5-10 minutes of this level.  Try the other moves for 2-3 minutes.  Increase speed and jump a little higher for 5-10 minutes.  Challenge yourself by completing 2 sets of this!  Sweat the fat off and get a great cardio burn!</p>

<p>Now try it!  Get into position.  Scissor those legs.  Throw some punches increasing intensity.  Scissor and box fast and hard for 3 minutes.  Slow the pace down for 2 minutes.  Repeat this 4-5 times.  Challenge yourself by lunging your legs more and/or by adding a few light dumbbells.  Pretend like you are stepping into the ring for a fat blasting workout!</p>

It will be tough but your body will love you for it!  Work your cardio fitness like cross country skiers do!</p>
