You all the know the basic crunch.  But are you getting the maximum results from doing it?  Flatten the belly with the perfect crunch!  Form first.  Knees should be bent.  Hands behind head.  Chin tilted at 45 degrees.  When crunching up, lower back should be pressed against the floor and neck relaxed.  Each time you crunch up, squeeze those abs like you are pushing them to the floor.  Technique is important!  Target that tummy and get toned abs with the perfect crunch!

Now try it!  Start slowly by crunching up for 2 counts and down for 2 counts focusing on those abdominal muscles.  Remember to squeeze those abs.  Crunch 20 times and repeat this for 3 sets.  The third set will be a challenge but to get results, those abs should be burning.  Work the core with the perfect crunch!

Add this to your workout 3-5 times a week!  Stick with this and get results!
