Head to the hills today! Get some fresh air! Improve your endurance and stamina on a hike! Hiking is great for your cardio health. Between the hills, turns, slopes, etc., every inch of your body will burn! Find a mountain or trail near you! Time to take a hike! Start off slow to allow your muscles to warm up. Increase speed to a fast walk or mild jog. Your legs and core will love you after this workout. Remeber to pump your arms! The combination of uphill and downhill will get you results fast! Hike the fat off! Hike the calories off! Hike to better health now!
Now try it! Crank the music up! Get started up that mountain. Enjoy the outdoors. Take it all in. Warm up for 2-3 minutes. Increase speed for at least 20 minutes. Cool down for 2-3 minutes. Challenge yourself by climbing steep hills and/ or increasing speed! Your body can do it! Mind over body! Get your hike on!
Add this to your cardio workout each month. Turn boring workouts into fun!

I love hiking! There’s this 5 mile trail by our house that my husband and I go hiking on when the weather is nice. It’s great to get out there, away from the hustle and bustle and just talk and walk…love it
