Remember in gym class a long time ago…the coach had you do some jumping jacks?! Well, your coach was on to something! Yes, you’ve aged since then, but what’s stopping you from getting in shape?! Nothing! Jumping jacks are fun and great for your cardio health! Improve your endurance, stamina, conditioning, and fitness level with jumping jacks! Get ready to burn some major calories!! Find some space in your home, at the gym, or even outside. Stand up tall. At the same time, jump out wide with your feet and swing your arms up over your head. Jump back in while bringing your arms back down. Repeat…repeat…repeat! Break a sweat and lose the pounds doing jumping jacks!!
Now try it! Find some space and get ready to jump!! Jump out for 1 count and jump back in for 1 count. Go for 100 jumping jacks! Challenge yourself by increasing the jump speed, completeting more jumps and/or by adding light weights! Don’t be afraid to sweat! Blast away the fat!
