I think both are great as long as you are moving at a fast enough past to burn calories and fat. I love both. I walk pretty fast but I’m trying to improve my runing now! I think a lot of people can walk faster than they give themselves credit for! It’s a great exercise! Thank you for stopping by

Great reminder on “pumping the arms”! I see some people powerwalk with the focus on the legs and totally lose sight of their arms.
